Vented trays for soap curing

Keep cut soap bars together as they move through curing and toward wrapping. Vented bases and sidewalls provide a path for air, while matching trays stack into an organized footprint.

Leave room around the bars

Arrange bars with space between them and consider how a loaded stack affects air movement. Bar size, recipe, room conditions and the overall drying setup affect your process; the tray alone does not determine curing time.

Choose a support that suits your product

Confirm that the tray material and cleaning method are compatible with your soap. If a delicate surface needs a liner, check that the liner supports the bars without undermining the airflow you need. Liners are sold separately.

Plan your tray quantity

Work from the number of bars you can place on a tray with appropriate spacing and the number of batches curing at the same time. Order in multiples of 50. For 1,000 trays or more, request special pricing and freight details.
